The Durex In-Sync Song Generator was an incredibly received Facebook App.  69% (no joke) of all partners responded to the app to generate a result that combined the responses of both partners.  My role in this project was to develop an initial prototype and then architect the complete app that was then developed through and out-sourced US-based developer.
