I created FCL as a means to explain to clients how my agnostic rules engine (known as Meed) works.  Meed, which I created originally as a tool to encourage developers, was updated to process all types of data and applies rules to that data to enable rewards to users.  Data such as POS (Point of Sale), Twitter Tweets or even Bug Tracking data can be used and reward users such as sales clerks, fantasy team managers or developers. FCL is currently being rebranded as Yakkr and will launch soon.
