The NOS Finder website was designed to allow NOS consumers to find NOS in the wild. Since NOS was a relatively unknown brand and their distribution was quite small the need for a way to find the product was required. Coca-cola had a team in Europe that developed an API to search for all Coke products and was thus the data foundation for looking for NOS. The API had its quirks as it was developed to be an internal API relying on internal product names and endpoints that didn’t exactly work well for a consumer product. But with some out-of-the-box thinking myself and my team were able to solve the API issues and create a mobile specific product finder.
