Determining the best UX and design for this site was difficult. We had many partners involved that each had various opinions on what the end user would prefer.

So I enlisted the help of a third-party tool that allowed us to find end users with similar medical conditions to those of our Target audience and within a few hours we had quality feedback that helped us determine the best features for the site.
